Position Overview

A Project Coordinator is required to be primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of Multi Utility site works. Working with the Project Manager in line with the Operations Managers expectations, maintain high levels of supervision in delivering projects to our customers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Client expectations
  • Co-ordinate, lead and proactively manage all site activities in a timely manner in line with Project Manager expectations.
  • Supervise and advise online audits to supply chain partners to maintain 100% compliance across the contract.
  • Assist with control and management of all safety related documentation such as Risk Assessments, PTBG, Method statements work instructions and procedures.
  • Attend weekly planning and staff meetings in line with Operations Manager requirements.
  • Liaise with client(s), landowners and other third parties.
  • Management of sub-contractors.
  • Produce and maintain site documentation, records and reports to the Project Manager.

Essential qualifications & attributes

  • Experience of Construction sites preferably New Housing Construction
  • Experience in Gas, Water and Electric Utilities
  • EUSR
  • CSCS
  • Road and street work knowledge RASWA
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • IT literate in the use of Microsoft Office and mobile and tablet devices
  • Previous experience within Utilities sector
  • NRSWA Qualification

  • Electrical Experience
  • Previous experience managing teams and cost control
  • SSTS qualification
  • ILM qualification
  • NCO – Gas & Water Qualifications
  • NPG – Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Multi Utility Business
