Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Integrated Utility Services, and we require a Storekeeper to support our Operational deliveries. IUS currently operates a store with a storekeeper in Morley and due to an increase in business, now require a storekeeper at our Stockton depot.

IUS recognise that the Industrial Resource team are at the forefront of the business and are provided with the vehicle, appropriate training, competence, tools, test instruments and PPE to deliver professional experience for our many customers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Record accurately deliveries and issues/returns
  • Match goods received with delivery notes
  • Unload and receive goods from suppliers and internal deliveries
  • Ensure that onward delivery schedules are maintained and that no goods are left unsecured or unsupervised
  • Issue goods to the Engineering Department employees against internal request notes
  • Maintain correct stock levels
  • Stock taking to be completed at given times
  • Ensure stock security is always maintained
  • Ensure stores are always kept clean and tidy
  • Deliver materials to site
  • Support the Resource Managers ordering tools, instruments & PPE via the approval online portals
  • Support the business with the quarterly tool, instrument, PPE test & inspection
  • Provide annual leave/sickness cover at our Morley store

  • Counterbalance forklift truck licence
  • Awareness of H&S in work
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Customer service
  • IT skills

Essential qualifications & attributes

  • Stores / Warehouse knowledge
  • Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
  • Clean Driving licence
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety 

Desirable qualification & attributes

  • Knowledge of IT inventory systems
  • Stocktaking experience
