Position Overview

A Debt Coordinator is required to be responsible for managing the debt recovery function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running reports from Oracle and preparing for management review
  • Preparing and sending debt follow up letters
  • Contacting customers to chase payment
  • Liaising with IUS project management to resolve queries
  • Instructing solicitors (on approval from Financial Manager) and passing information to aid debt recovery
  • Allocating received funds via cashiers

Key Competencies

  • Understanding of Management Accounting processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of core financial systems
  • Commercial experience
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team

Essential qualifications & attributes

  • Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above including English and Math’s
  • Strong MS Office Skills
