Position Overview

A Senior Administrator is required to provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and wider Senior Management Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Attend executive team meetings and provide administrative support including taking minutes and recording actions. Ensure momentum on actions. 
  • Collate information for business reports.
  • Provide project documentation support to the executive team.
  • Format and register internal and external documents, update task status, and log comments and content.
  • Assist with organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and organising travel where required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain office records and ensure filing systems are up to date.

Essential qualifications & attributes

  • NVQ Level 3 or a minimum of 2 ‘A’ levels, grade C or above; or ONC in Business Management or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable qualification & attributes

  •  Full UK driving licence
