Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Overhead Line workstream to ensure successful delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.
  • Collation and submission of daily whereabouts.
  • Attend weekly progress (programme) meetings.
  • Working to Group Procurement procedures when processing orders for payment.
  • Supporting the requesting of information/documentation such as; safe digs, interruption cards, surveys, notices etc.
  • Order requested PPE if required.
  • Order materials where required.
  • Collating the required information for monthly invoicing.
  • Assist with non-conformance and customer complaint issues where required.
  • Collate the weekly hours from the industrial timesheet submissions and relay that back to the Operations manager.
  • Carry out any other general or ad hoc tasks as required.

Essential qualifications & attributes

  • Experience of working within an office environment is essential
  • Knowledge and experience of working with standard IT applications
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above (including English & Maths)
